“Ive been working with Lawrie over a number of years now, started with the odd questions about training to a few PT sessions to now a full member of his Online Coaching and i cant see myself going to any other coach. I feel fully confident in the sessions he plans for me knowing they are tailored to myself and my goals (i am not in the group training so this would differ)

“I have been training with Lawrie for almost a year now and what can I say other than he’s top notch. My goal when signing up to his online programme was simply to become fitter and stronger. One year later and my fitness, especially strength and stamina have all massively improved. He makes consistent effort to have weekly check ins to see how I am, how the programming is going etc.

He has taught me about exercise techniques and nutrition and still continues to do so. He’s basically a knowledge guru to all things fitness. Each training session is tailored to my goals as opposed to the one exercise workout fits all approach. He’s motivating, supportive and an overall fun person to train with.
